Level Number 3:
The production level. They key word is results. This leader produce by example. At this level, by the leader becoming productive in his own life, he attracts people who begin to be productive as well. These leaders try to create momentum which they use to solve problems.
Level Number 4:
This is the people development level. A company is grown by growing its people. Keys to developing good people is recruitment. positioning and equipping. No matter how talented someone is, if he is out of position he will never reach his potential.
The 5 step equipping process is:
- The leader does is
- The leader does it and the follower observes
- The follower does is and the leader observes
- The follower does it on his own
- The follower does it and someone is with him(compounding).
Level Number 5:
The pinnacle level. They keyword at this level is respect. This leader is followed because of who he is and what he has done.
Leadership is an always ongoing, always learning, growing process. Every leader is on different levels with different people. People will respond differently when the leader casts a vision based on the level that leader is on with them.
